The abbreviation for Wayne Erwin Brown is WEB. These initial are used in naming his company WEB International Publishing. WEB first traveled international before the age of eight by visiting Tijuana, Mexico—the neighboring city to his hometown of San Diego, CA. Although Black Samurai is his first published book, since his early youth WEB has exercised his gift of putting his thoughts on paper.
